फॉर ऑनलाइन बुकिंग के लिए यू कैन रजिस्टर थ्रू आवर website,सभी लिंक बंद कर दे और Website का पेज ओपन करे.क्लिक करे book now बटन पर या गंगा निवास के पेज पे जाके अपने मनपसंद रूम बुक करे बुक नाउ पे क्लिक करते ही एक पेज ओपन होगा जो आपसे आपकी डिटेल मांगेगा! उसमे अपनी सारी डिटेल भर दे और क्लिक करते ही वह पेज आपको आगे पैमेंट के पेज से कनेक्ट करेगा और आप उसमे अपने कार्ड की डिटेल भरे और डिटेल भरने के लिए आपको cvv नंबर चाइये जो 3 अंक का नो पीछे आपके कार्ड के होता है! जैसे ही आप उसको भरोगे और क्लिक करोगे पेमेंट हो जाएगी और आप अपने पेमेंट का प्रिंटआउट निकाल भी सकते है और आपके मेल पे भी रिसीप्ट आएगी!
For online booking you can register through our website, close all links and open the website page again. Login with the user name and password, click on room booking, enter the details select location, date etc. At the end it will shows payment gateway you click on that, link will be open the bank site you can enter credit card number, CVV number (at back side of credit card) and expiry date. If the bank accept your credit card your booking is completed. You can obtain the booking receipt printout. If the message appear for Non secure site you can click on yes.
For check your booking you can log in with username and password, click on successful transactions it will shows all transactions which is successful click on print option and obtain the booking receipt printout.. Otherwise if booking shows in failure transactions,You can check with your bank if your amount deducted please mail your transaction detail trace no., order no. or username and transaction date.
